These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the EXAS online shop.

2. Products
Products are presented as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions and specifications.
Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on screen settings, printing processes or the nature of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Any applicable shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. An order is confirmed once the checkout process has been completed and an order confirmation has been issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Luxembourg.
Available shipping methods and their prices are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal services, customs or other circumstances outside the seller's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Individual magazines and periodicals are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases. Purchases of EXAS Magazine are therefore final unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
For products that are subject to the right of withdrawal, such as clothing, EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned products must be in their original condition. Unless the return concerns a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact exaslab@gmail.com as soon as possible and include the order details and photographs showing the issue.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the consumer's statutory rights, including the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.
7. Cancellations
If an order has not yet been prepared or shipped, a cancellation request may be sent to exaslab@gmail.com. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.
Any statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, text, logos and other content published by EXAS remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use any of this content without prior authorisation.
9. Liability
EXAS is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or restriction would not be permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
